Today’s guest is Neal Bobrick, the US president of Hartley Botanic greenhouses based in Colorado. A greenhouse is a feat of engineering, trapping the heat of the sun to allow more exotic species of plants and flowers to be grown inside and to extend the flowering season of domestic species for fruit throughout the year. Hartley Botanic has an unrivaled history when it comes to English glasshouse and greenhouse manufacture and generations of customers have put their trust in the hands of their highly skilled craftsmen. As a historic business, Hartley offers tips on how to have a mixture of bench and shelving levels to suit different plant species. Internal glass walls could also be used to provide a stylish way to separate your greenhouse into different zones and create variations in climate for different plant groupings more easily.
